Lauren has been training extremely hard to compete in the 2026 Tenby Ironman Event this September. we wish her the best of luck .  She has been dedicated with her training and her knowledge of sports and the impact on the body has kept her fit throughout. If anyone is thinking of taking on an endurance event, Lauren's knowledge and experience will help you on your way.

We also wish Gabe all the best  as he takes a break from his clinical work until November 2026 to spend time in Germany with his wife and new baby. Cari, Meg, Lauren and Mark will be looking after his patients until his return in the first week on November.
